Dino Gerbasi is a building engineer and graduate from Concordia University. With over 30 years of experience in the field, he is recognized for his expertise in asset management and strategic planning. He has worked with several asset management software and has overseen numerous software design and implementation projects. Team player and natural "leader", Dino performs a key role in the projects he is involved in.

Dominic Mosca is a building engineer and graduate from Concordia University. He has over 30 years of experience, working mostly in the management of construction and renovation projects. He has also mastered several building control systems and has taken a keen interest in building recommissioning and the optimization of performance. His sense of rigor, his managerial skills and his ability to manage subcontractors make him an excellent project manager.

Sebastiano DePani is a building engineer and graduate from Concordia University. He has 28 years of engineering experience and specializes in energy management. He is a certified measurement and verification professional (CMVP) and is proficient in the application of the International performance measurement and verification Protocol (IPMVP). Sebastiano is also known for his vulgarization and communication skills, an important asset for our clients during training and knowledge transfer activities.

Antonino is a building technician and graduate from Dawson College. Having worked in the textile industry for over 24 years, Antonino has gained significant industrial experience culminating with the role of plant manager. Since 2012, following the decline of the textile industry in Montreal, he has redirected his skills to the building industry and now works as a site supervisor and building inspector. His positive attitude, problem-solving skills and knowledge of maintenance and construction make Antonino a key resource within our company and for our clients.

Ahmad El-Charif is a senior project manager and a graduate from Cleveland State University with a Master of Science degree in civil engineering. He has over 30 years of professional experience covering all sectors within the construction industry. He is a member of Quebec's Order of Engineers and has completed the Project Management Professional (PMP) training course. Ahmad is known for his strong technical, managerial and design skills. He is a well organized and autonomous pro-active thinker, with comprehensive knowledge in project planning, budgeting, cost control and variance analysis.

Roger Homsi is an architect and graduate from Lebanese University. With more than 30 years of experience in the design and construction of buildings, Roger is a dedicated project manager committed to excellence and sustainability. He has played a key role in the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects and understands well the interaction between aesthetics, life cycle costs, function, and overall quality. Roger brings a holistic approach and comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and techniques to all his projects.

Nabil Abdul Samad is a civil engineer with a Master’s degree in civil engineering graduated from Zaporizhzhia University. He has more than 30 years of experience in construction, renovation, and infrastructure specializing in project management. He has also worked on the design of large projects in the Gulf region, Middle East, Africa, and Canada. Having developed a great technical knowledge base and acquired a keen sense of analysis, Nabil brings to the team his good interpersonal skills, his managerial qualities and an excelleality to manage stress and constraints.

A dedicated, honest and versatile person, Mr. Colalillo has more than 20 years of experience in the field of construction as a builder of excellence. His talent for identifying and solving site problems led him to a career in site supervision. Whether managing a construction site or renovation projects in institutional, commercial or industrial buildings, Mr. Colalillo recognizes the importance of teamwork and collaboration to achieve an efficient level of productivity and optimal workmanship. Joumana Homsy, holder of a Diploma of Higher Studies in Architecture awarded by the Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture at Lebanese University, has devoted more than 30 years to the design, management and construction of buildings. Involved both in establishing the client's needs at the pre-conceptual stages and in the development of final plans and specifications, she has a wealth of experience in project management and implementation during construction, which gives her a solid understanding of the challenges of a project and allows her to effectively lead and coordinate the work of a team by combining technical expertise with a global vision of each project.

Denis Bachand has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years as a project manager and a site supervisor. Having worked in almost all areas related to construction, he has acquired great skills in resolving stressful and problematic situations that may arise during a project. In addition, holding an A license in electricity, his management and communication skills make him a necessary resource for the success of projects.

Mojir Ghorbanian is a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in construction management from Concordia University. He has taken part in multiple large-scale super hospital construction sites and supervised various disciplines. He specializes in coordination and construction management with a vast technical background in building electrical and mechanical systems. Mojir brings a positive attitude to project management and applies up-to-date academic knowledge to achieve success in his projects.
